Australian Shiraz - A true, 100% Australian Shiraz. This high quality
Shiraz concentrate is sourced from the world-renowned South Australian
McClaren Vale vineyard district. Using our contacts in the winery industry
(Coopers beer is the favorite of vineyard managers in South Australia), we
have been able to obtain 1st quality grapes normally destined for South
Australia's world-class wines. This kit is produced using no added invert
sugar, no dies, no cheap South American fillers. Your Shiraz will display a
deep rich red colour with purple hues and a bouquet of sweet plums and
cherries, with overtones of spice and black pepper. Salivating yet? On the
palate, expect full bodied, fresh berried fruit flavours. This wine will
definitely improve with long-term cellaring (just like the real deal).

Australian Chardonnay - A true, 100% Australian Chardonnay. Sourced from
the same McClaren Vale vineyards as the Shiraz. Your Cooopers Chardonnay
will display a pale straw colour with subtle golden hues. The bouquet will
show ripened peach, melon and nectarine fruit characters. On the palate it
will be dry, medium to full-bodied with the soft varietal fruit flavours
characteristic of true Australian Chardonnay. A 6-week in the bottle
Coopers Chardonnay made in Ottawa, Ontario won the Silver medal, Dry White
Category, at the 2001 HWBTA International Amateur Wine Competition. Just to
show it was no fluke, a 4-week old Coopers Chardonnay produced in California
won the Bronze medal.
